Uninstall

Uninstalling removes MSH Zimbra Rules in the reverse order of the installation: the zimlets and the Zimbra extension first, then the milter from the Zimbra MTA, and the services and files last. Pick the page for your deployment layout:

  • Single server - everything is removed from the one Zimbra server.
  • Multi server - the mailbox servers first, then every MTA server, and the web admin server last. Also how to take only one MTA server out.

The rules and settings are deleted with the web admin. To keep them, export a backup on the Backup & Restore page before you start.

Remove only the zimlets​

To remove only the zimlets and the extension and keep MSH Zimbra Rules, follow only these sections: Remove the zimlets and Remove the extension on a single server, or The zimlets and the extension on several servers. The values users set stay in MSH Zimbra Rules and are still used in messages; to stop using them, set the attributes to Read only or Hidden on the User attributes page, or delete them there.
